Participants
This program is best suited for participants who:
- Are currently a Team Lead, a Front Line Leader or a Supervisor.
- Have taken on this leadership role within the last 3 years, or have been in the role longer but have had little training to support their transition.
- Have a minimum of 3 direct reports.
- Have 4-8 hours per month, for several months, to devote to the Front Line Leadership Program.
