Program Overview
This program does one thing exceptionally well:
The Front Line Leadership program is not the “be all and end all” in leadership. It does one thing
exceptionally well — it helps participants make the difficult transition from individual contributor
to Front Line Leader. It does this by:
- Clarifying the leadership tasks that require attention at this level of leadership.
- Using a feedback tool to assess participant capabilities with the leadership tasks.
- Providing skill building modules, tools and templates that address these leadership tasks.
- Coaching to strengthen participant’s leadership task capabilities.
- Forging a network between participating leaders in their own organization.
The Front Line Leadership Program focuses on implementation and results.
Over the program’s duration, participants do leadership with their teams. They implement the skills, tools
and templates that are required for success: their own and their team’s.
Program Offerings
- This in-house program is usually offered for 12 to 24 participants in one organization.
- It can be provided for smaller groups if:
- There is an “in-tact” leadership team (i.e. 8 team leads and their manager)
- 2 to 3 organizations coordinate efforts to pool participants
